compiling kernel - Pentium III Xenon or Pentium IV M/Xenon ??

I'm compiling a kernel and notice that menuconfig give me two choices that include the Xenon processor.  One looks like Pentium III and one looks like Pentium IV but lists something called "M/Xenon".

My PE 1750 has dual Xenon 2.3GHz.  Which configuration choice should I use ??
