Quotas, RHAS 2.1, Kernel Panic...

Hi...

  I'm running RH AS 2.1 on a 2650.  It's got 2.4.9-e.35smp on it, but this 
happened with other kernels.

  I have tried to set up quotas, and it sort of works, except for random
kernel panics and unexpected output (ie. it's not working).

  When kernel panics occur, it's right after I run a repquota (but 
not always).  The  other strange thing is that when repquota does run,
I get UIDs instead of usernames, but 'edquota username' does show the
right information as to what is being used, etc.  Most of the 
UIDs are in the 20K-50K range.

  This server is also running as a nfs server, attached to a CLARIION disk array via a
Qlogic adapter.

  I'm using nss-ldap against a seperate server running my ldap configuration.

  Any ideas, etc?
