CPU1 thermal trip on PE2650

 Hello,

For some weeks now, i constantly get the same warning in the ESM logs of a PE 2650:

CPU1 status 1 : CPU Thermal Trip

CPU2 is ok.

The temperature sensors for CPU1 shows : Reading 28°C  Warning Threshold is 10°C - 77°C  and Failure Threshold is 5°C - 82°C
which is well within the range.

i get that minutes after cleaning the ESM log though.

The box seems to behave quite well tough, but i don't get hyperthreading any more: top only show 2 physical CPUs.

I tried Dell Diagnostics but nothing wrong was reported.

Any idea ?
