RAC Software for Gentoo?

I would really like to use the RAC card on my Dell 2650's but I was told by
a Dell tech that the only way to change the default password was to use
their management software (not possible in the bios of the RAC card) which
only runs on Windows or RedHat.

Has anyone found a work around to changing the password without needing to
use Windows or RedHat? I run the Gentoo distro of Linux.
