Strange disk behavior on pe1650 with perc3/di

More problems.
After reseating the offending drive once again (cold
swap), indicators on all 3 drives are now lit, but
server don't want to boot.
It show this message:

Looks scary... any ideas ???

Earlier, when server worked fine, indicators on "bad"
