If you get 2.1 ES Update 3 CDs sets, with the 2.4.9-e.34 kernel, you
can select the megaraid_2002 driver manually (expert noprobe install
and choose it from the list of SCSI drivers).  If you start with the
2.1 ES original CD set, yes, you'll need a driver disk.
