Dell PERC RAID Controller RAM Errors on 2650

I'm running a Dell Power Edge 2650 with a Dell PERC Raid 5 (Perc 3 DI?)
on multiple machines. In the last day or so I started seeing errors in
our log (messages) report related to the raid controller:

Apr  9 12:11:01 owl kernel: aacraid:ID(0:01:0); Error Event

Apr  9 12:11:01 owl kernel: aacraid:ID(0:01:0); Hardware Error
[k:0x4,c:0x40,q:0x8c]
Apr  9 12:11:01 owl kernel: aacraid:ID(0:01:0); RAM Failure

The server status lights are not showing a problem, and the machine is
doing ok, but it still concerns me. Should I be worried about this? Is
there anything I can do to diagnose the problem? Thanks.
