*Fedora Legacy is not a distribution*, it's project to maintain
security/bug backports for EOLd Red Hat Linux and Fedora Core releases.

But if you referred to Fedora Project, Fedora Core will be as stable as RHL is
today. Mainly because is controlled by Red Hat people and it will be the base
for future Enterprise distributions.
