flashing bezel light (orange) on PE6650

Hi, our operators tell me that our PE6650 is flashing orange. A check of the ESM log indicates that I've got a flaky 3.3V supply on the backplane. The sensor indicates that this isn't a critical problem. I'd like to know how worried I should be.
