Thanks. I'll try reloading the software and see what I get. I have
installed/uninstalled this stuff so many times, I'm not sure what I have. I
at least know I'm on the right track now.

You should have a DRAC II Web Console under the Dell OpenManage Applications
on the machine that you have Openmange installed on. You have to use that to
remote control the DRAC Card.
