still no joy with RAC on PE2650

Thanks for all your collective help, but the fight continues.

I've download and successfully flashed the latest firmware to my RAC.  I did not save or restore the user settings, so it's now back to root/calvin.  I can login, but all I still get is "A RAC Error has occurred".  I tried getting to the RAC Error log via the web interface, and all it returns is " Description: The RAC log is not available.". 

racser is not running.

I'm fairly certain this is a RAC hardware problem, as I can't even get the RAC to work properly even BEFORE linux has booted up.  

On almost every page and tab on the web interface, I get a "A RAC Error has occurred".

The latest racdump is below.  I really have no idea what to try next.  Thanks.
