the 4g/4g patch itself isn't enough; however if you try the taroon beta
(kernel) there are some other patches that ought to resolve the entire
situation. You can download the taroon beta from the ftp.redhat.com ftp
site (in /pub/redhat/linux/beta/taroon) or (preferably) from one of the
mirrors.
