Fatal Error : Controller Monitor Failed

reseat all the drives and see if it will come up.  If it still gives the
controller monitor failed it is more than likely one of the drive's scsi
controllers is failed and hanging up the scsi bus.  You can pull one of the
drives at a time until it posts and array comes up as degraded (if still
fails put the drive back in and move to the next one).

ok, I'm shaken now....

I just reboot PE4600 machine..
then this message shows up
even before booting to OS
( Debian with 2.4.19 kernel, built-in aacraid driver )

I do not have any clue about this...
it's working just fine before...
