PE 2650, RH 7.3, kernel 2.4.18-18.7.xsmp hang issue

All-

Sorry for the length of this message.

I have a PE 2650 that has started exhibiting the behavior that others have
been seeing on the list. I applied the latest RH errata kernel
which is supposed to fix the tg3 problem but it has hung twice since then.

I configured a serial console and captured the dumps listed below from the
console.

Does anyone have any idea what this might mean?

System info:
Red Hat 7.3 fully updated with the latest errata rpm's.
Stock RH Kernel 2.4.18-18.7.xsmp
Perc 3/DC with an external fully populated PV 210S.
4 GB RAM

Anything else that will help please let me know.

Thanks!

Marc Mondragon
