Official Support

Please don't call into Server Support and say that either. We don't replace
parts on a server to just replace parts or if you call in and say "Dell
Diagnostics reported this error". If you did, we will ask you: What error
did DELL Diags report and we will then look / cross reference that error and
see what it then tells us.

Also, we don't only go by what Dell Diags say, we also have you run other
utilities/look at the O/S System logs, etc... to see what else might be
causing the error you say you are getting on your Server.

It makes it harder for us to resolve your issue if you don't provide/give us
the right information about the issue you are having on your Server.

Thank You,

Jeremy Sheard
DELL Server Support

Don't say that; say "I ran Dell Diagnostics and it reported this
error..."

For hardware problems, I'd always expect to find something reported from
Memtest86, IBM's DFT, or Dell's own stuff.

Cheers,

Phil
