RedHat 7.2 with 2.4.9-31SGI_XFS_1.1smp kernel and OpenManage

Hi,

I installed on my PE2550 the kernel-rpm supplied by SGI,

kernel-smp-2.4.9-31SGI_XFS_1.1.i686.rpm 

and I'm, trying to install dellomsa. The installation of the 
dellomsa-drivers-4.52-3465.i386.rpm fails wih error 44, when 
trying to insmod  the driver.
The /var/tmp/esm.map shows the following error:

/lib/modules/2.4.9-31SGI_XFS_1.1smp/misc/esm.o: unresolved symbol register_chrdev_Rsmp_dad4c5e4
/lib/modules/2.4.9-31SGI_XFS_1.1smp/misc/esm.o:

does anybody use this kernel and dellomsa successfully?
