Amanda really isn't that difficult to set up, especially if you're
able to follow directions. :) Also, the mailing list for Amanda
is VERY active and a lot of help is available. The chapter from the
book Unix Backup and Recovery that deals with setting up and using
Amanda is on line here:

John Jackson, the fellow who wrote this piece, posts on the Amanda
mailing list daily. Plus...you can't beat the price of Amanda...FREE!
