OT: PowerChute Plus for RedHAT

You might also want to take a look at apcupsd, http://www.sibbald.com/apcupsd/.  It supports most of APC's ups', at least the most common ones.  Pretty 
easy to set up, centralized monitoring of multiple hosts, auto shutdown, 
etc.

Much easier to work with than Powerchute Business Edition, at least for 
me.
