serial port pci cards in 1550 short circuits?

I've cross checked the serial card with the pci specs.
It seems that despite the 3.3v key hole, they are *SHORT*circuiting
3.3v with 5v (or better said: Vi/o with +5v).
So, please, do not buy the EX-41092 for a 3.3v system.
The PE-1550 is right in not giving any power. Fortunately it is short
circuit protected...
