Dazed and confused 4600

I have run memtest and Dell diagnostics from the utility partition, no
errors detected. Also I have installed OpenManage Server Administrator,
again no errors detected (looking at the web interface).
Orange light still on.
Is there a way how to remotely detect the orange warning is on?
