can't connect to open-manage server on dell1650

Thanks Pierre... your idea works.

I checked the IT assistant version.. it's 6.2. I can ping to my linux
box and can telnet as well. I can't see the linux box in windows
network neighborhood, if that's what you mean by  seeing linux
box. I don't see anything in ITA once I am not able to connect.
All the menus get disabled.
