Problems with Server Dell PowerEdge 2450

Hi all,

I have serius problem with theinstallation of RedHat version 7.1, but if I 
install the ResHat version 7.0 the installation finish satisfactory, My 
hardware is Dell PowerEdge 2450 with 2 hard Disk SCSI and 512 MB of memory.

The error in the installation is:

Intel PCI probe not found
Databook TCIC-2 Porbe: not found
No PCIC controler Found

Going to insmod raid0.o: (path is null)
Going to insmod raid1.o: (path is null)
Going to insmod xor.o: (path is null)
Going to insmod raid5.o: (path is null)
Going to insmod fat.o: (path is null)
Going to insmod msdos.o: (path is null)
Going to insmod vfat.o: (path is null)
Going to insmod ext3.o: (path is null)

Install exited abnormally received signal 7

My question is:

- Do I need upgrade the firmware?
- How I can to know the PERC that have my server?
- Why I can to install RefHat version 7.0 and I can't to install RedHat 
version 7.0?

I need you advices.
