I am tempted to convert my filesystem to ext3 using:

tune2fs -j /dev/sdXX

Are their any pitfalls I need to watch out for? Other than losing a
little disk space, are their any drawbacks? Are their any risks? Is
there any way tune2fs will mess up my partition? Do I have to remount
once I'm done? I am running Redhat 7.1 (2.4.2-2smp), is there
anything I can do to make sure that I have all the tools that I
need? Thanks.
