Auto reboot problem

I cannot give you an exact answer, but I have noticed that my
multiprocessor 8450 under heavy computational load sometimes hangs up or
reboots. This happened with Redhat 2.2 and 2.4 kernels. The problems
stopped happening only when I compiled my own 2.4 kernel, which I recommend
to you too.
