[Linux-Desktops] Inspiron 5567, doesn't burn disks xubuntu 16.04

understood, sorry ! 

To be sure about the root cause you might boot from a USB key, using, by
example Linux Mint or any other bootable distrib and then try to burn
again a CD. 

I noticed some other regressions with Ubuntu 18.04 and moved to Mint,
more bug free as for my Hw at least.
