[Linux-Desktops] Inspiron 5567, doesn't burn disks xubuntu 16.04

if it comes down to simply upgrading to 18.04, why not making a USB key,
next booting from it? 

Otherwise there is a nice procedure to upgrade from 16 to 18 somewhere
on the web. I tried it successfuly.

I use Lilo, the search engine which finances social and environmental projects and its mail which reduce my environmental impact.
