How do I go about submitting an RFE for a post 1.1.11 bios
update for a C521?

1.1.11 seems to be the latest:

http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&releaseid=R164017&SystemID=DIM_P4_C521&servicetag=5W867C1&os=BIOSA&osl=en&deviceid=308&devlib=0&typecnt=0&vercnt=6&catid=-1&impid=-1&formatcnt=1&libid=1&fileid=220153

DMC521-010111.EXE    9/4/2007

I checked the list archives, and it looks as though there is
no '521 specific post since Jul 29 20:23:14 CDT 2007

1. I am hoping to address this PowerNow message,

powernow-k8: Your BIOS does not provide _PSS objects.
 	PowerNow! does not work on SMP systems without _PSS
 	objects. Complain to your BIOS vendor.

2. and also to get a SATA issue comtroller issue which I am
seeing expresed:

Eventually it drops the filesystem into RO mode, and a reboot
is needed.

Underlying OS is:
CentOS 5.2, currently updated, kernel-xen-2.6.18-92.1.6.el5

I am testing to see if it expresses with the stock current
kernel (ie, non-xen) presently

I have had these issues on and off through CentOS 5, but did
NOT see them with kernel-xen-2.6.18-53.1.21.el5, booting thus:

title CentOS (2.6.18-53.1.21.el5)
         root (hd0,0)
         kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.18-53.1.21.el5 ro \
 		root=/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol00 noapic acpi=off \
 		append "pci=nommconf"
         initrd /initrd-2.6.18-53.1.21.el5.img
title CentOS (2.6.18-53.1.21.el5xen)
         root (hd0,0)
         kernel /xen.gz-2.6.18-53.1.21.el5
         module /vmlinuz-2.6.18-53.1.21.el5xen ro \
 		root=/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol00 noapic acpi=off \
 		append "pci=nommconf"
         module /initrd-2.6.18-53.1.21.el5xen.img

(backslash continuation added to keep the line size down)
