"No Sound" after installing Ubuntu 8.04 on inspiron 1420

Hi,

I recently brought Dell Inspiron 1420 with Windows Vista pre-installed in
it. Now I installed Ubuntu 8.04 on it. It's working fine with no problem
except the sound.
Does Ubuntu 8.04 has all dell audio drivers? or those needs to be installed
seperately?  I'm running kernel 2.6.24-19. What should I do?
