Restart hdparm after hibernate / suspend (Insp. 1525N)

Cyrille,

In Ubuntu 8.04, I've got the ugly fix in these locations:

/etc/acpi/ac.d/
/etc/acpi/battery.d/
/etc/acpi/resume.d/
/etc/acpi/start.d/

I've also seen references to it being in /etc/pm/*.d/ as well... I'm 
just not sure about what the situation is with Debian...
