New custom Ubuntu 7.04 ISOs with drivers and fixes?

I have used the 7.04 live cd with a Latitude d610 and had no problems
with the wireless card. I use WPA-PSK at home and it worked flawlessly.
There were only a few things that didn't work with 7.04 and that was
only while the laptop was docked. One was screen resolution detection.
It always wanted to choose a screen resolution not supported by the
external monitor and part of the display was not visible. I had to
manually choose a lower resolution. The other was getting sound through
the external speakers. No distro has been able to get that working yet.
While undocked, everything worked fine.

Another distro I highly recommend is PCLinuxOS. It really is the
"distro-hopper stopper". It has the best hardware detection I've found
and everything (except sound while docked) works out of the box. One big
difference between PCLOS and Ubuntu is the default desktop. Ubuntu goes
with Gnome while PCLOS opts for KDE. Having used both, I really like KDE
better. I just wish the kmail and kaddressbook worked better with
Exchange. For that reason I still use Evolution as my PIM (it's gnome
based but still runs on a kde desktop).
