Linux-Desktops Digest, Vol 8, Issue 1

It makes me really happy that dell is going to be selling portables
with linux. 
I hope that this will create more consumer trust in linux. Maybe more
people will start porting their software for it now...  I'm going to be
checking out ubuntu to get a feel of how it works.
