Optiplex 320 SATA problem - solution found

Hello

I am trying to install Ubuntu Linux on a brand new Optiplex 320.

I can boot on the Ubutun live CD, install Linux. But as soon as I  
reboot Grub hang.

Is this issue known to Dell?
Could it be related to
