Enable Bluetooth via dellWirelessCtl

hi,
i have done your tests. didnt help :-( i only have do activate bluetooth
via the bios because it disabling works it seams.

i have attached some outputs, take a look at the dmesg file. could it be
that the device binds to the wrong driver?
