Fedora 6 - Dell Dimension 8300 - Creative Audigy sound card.

I am having a similar problem under windows XP Pro SP@ with audigy sound
card where new user profile will not hear sounds even though old profile
did. Reloading driver did not help. Is there a way to set permissions for
sounds in Windows?
