Have you ever run Vista on your laptop?

Check the mailing list archives. There was another guy that had this problem and figured it out. It turned out that Vista downloaded some newer firmware to the device which made linux not detect it. If you load the older XP firmware it works. He had instructions and everything.

Subject: Bluetooth on a Latitde D620

Hello all,

I have a Latitude D620 on which I am running FC6 and I cant get
Bluetooth working. A co-worker also has a D620, running FC6, and
Bluetooth works fine on that.

On checking, we found that my co-workers 620 has us device 413c:8103,
while mine has 413c:8105, which does not seem to be recognised.

Has any one faced this situation, and if so is there a workable
solution ?

Thanks
Chandana
