The Red Hat HCL would be a good place to start researching systems that
are cerified or supported with Red Hat. Go here
https://hardware.redhat.com/hwcert/query.cgi and use the advance search
feature. Click on the model number for detailed information for that
system.

The Dell Precision 390 is certified with RHEL4 and is also available
with it pre-installed.

Subject: recommended Linux workstations

Hey,

I'm about to buy several (5-ish) new workstations, and I wanted to get
ones that worked well under Linux. I already tried the Optiplex 320 and
had to send them back, and I've heard bad things about the Dimension
E521.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks
