Linux Workstations/Desktops

Matt,

One of the complains that I get all the time about the workstations that 
we currently own (non-Dell systems) is that they are very noisy. How are 
the Precision 390 n-series in terms of noisiness? What I mean to ask is, 
are they quiet or noisy?

Also, looking are the configuration, I couldn't tell weather the system 
already comes with a network card or if I have to specify it in the 
second step (Add My Accessories) under the "Additional Network Card" option.
