Red Hat Linux "Limbo" beta changes document

A lot of people have asked for access to this document.  I had posted it on
SD, but understand that many people at Dell don't have access.  I've posted
the document here, and include in it as much information as is publicly
available (or ascertainable if you've got a copy of the "Limbo" beta which
is public, and also available for download from
ftp://humbolt.us.dell.com/pub/redhat/milan/beta3/).

I'd be happy if Linux enthusiasts wanted to help develop a
Dell-internal-but-mostly-public repository for this type of thing, to which
the development teams can contribute after a product is released.  The
mailing lists on insidelists.us.dell.com are supposed to help foster that.
The public mailing lists on lists.us.dell.com can have public (announced and
released) product info discussions too.  If anyone wants to help put
something together in a more formal fashion, please let me know, or start
talking about it on linux-users@insidelists.us.dell.com. :-)
