LED control on M1730

Hmm. Might be a bug, or might be something that needs updating.

In general, I havent been able to do any maintenance on the led ctl stuff, as I am really tied up in a couple other projects at the moment.

If anybody has C++ programming skills and would like to try to debug it, I can go check to see if the docs changed. I previously sent the docs for this to the list last year at some point.

Will libsmbios be updated sometime in the near future to properly
support the LED control? Currently, dellLEDCtl works for z1, z2 and z3
(the mousepad, the left and right speakers). I'm using libsmbios-2.0.1.
z4 (the panel LEDs) don't seem to be able to be controlled although the
-i option (info) correctly reports the status of the panel. dellLEDCtl
just doesn't seem to be able to change the setting for z4.
