Pre-compiled binaries for Libsmbios command line tools for Windows?

Good Afternoon,

    Are there any pre-compiled Windows binaries for the libsmbios
command line tools?  My department uses the asset tag of the system as
part of the naming convention of the system.  We are looking into
Windows PE (Win PE) as a base platform for imaging and provisioning
systems.  While Win PE has WMI support and we can read the tag, there is
currently no way to set it if it was not set previously.
    If assetTag was available for Windows, we could add that into the
process to add in missing tags.
