Sorry; I was slow to provide feedback.

The DTK ISO indeed has a set of RPMs that provide a 'syscfg' utility.
I've been able to demonstrate that they work as I hoped.

(I realize this this is _not_ the forum for this set of tools, so I
apologize for remaining on-topic.)

My current difficulty is that I hoped to use these DTK tools in a
kickstart-based provisioning environment, but I'm defeated by some
undocumented preconditions in an RPM.  This is an issue I should
raise with Dell, I guess. :/
