any info about LCD panel on a Dell PowerEdge 1950?

The docs I'm finding (DTK23CLI.pdf) only document 'sysconfig'; some
DOS utility.  I'm interested in a utility that can be run from
RHEL4.  Despite the absence of docs, it there something on this DTK
CD that can help me?

The 'omconfig' tool somehow accomplishes this, but it seems to be
a heavily layered tool, and I can't figure out what utility is being
called under the hood...
