I set up a launchpad site for libsmbios a while back. I havent done much
with it, as I dont have a lot of turnover in libsmbios at the moment.
I suppose that launchpad is the closest thing I have to an official
bugzilla.

Also, Jose Luis Tallon (apologies for the missing accent chars), is the
debian maintainer. He has been pretty responsive on the debian
packaging. Any changes to the packaging for Ubuntu probably should go
through him.
