renaming libsmbios rpm packages, moving binaries

All,
To better comply with packaging guidelines, I am going to be
making the following changes in the next libsmbios release (0.13.11):

1) RPM name changes (see table below)
2) move binaries to /usr/sbin/

RPM Name Change
-------------------------------------------

Old Name New name
=========               ==========
libsmbios-libs libsmbios

libsmbios-unsupported-bin
libsmbios-bin smbios-utils

The new RPMs will 'Provide:' the old names for the forseeable future, so
that packages with dependencies on the old names will continue to
function correctly.

Both the libsmbios-unsupported-bin as well as libsmbios-bin packages now
reside in 'smbios-utils'. There will no longer be a distinction in the
packaging regarding supported/unsupportd, but understand that some of
the binaries are better-supported than others. :)

Binaries move to /usr/sbin/
-------------------------------------------

To better follow both the fedora and debian packaging guidelines, all of
the binaries in 'smbios-utils' RPM are moving to /usr/sbin/. The reason
for this is that all of the binaries require elevated privileges to run.
Putting them in /usr/sbin/ is more in line with the linux FHS.
