Can you run 'getSystemId' and check to see if there is a pre-extracted
BIOS image here: http://linux.dell.com/repo/software/bios-hdrs/

Look for system_bios_ven_0x1028_dev_YOURSYSID_version_XXXX

Also, if you could send me the getSystemId output from this system, I
would appreciate it.
