Firmware-tools 1.1 released & BIOS Repo updated

The biggest changes are renaming a couple of commands, plus the new BIOS
repo has over 30 new systems, as well as much more recent BIOS for a
select few systems that were affected by a small bug in the extract
script.

Changes:
  -- naming conventions for commands in firmware-tools: renamed several
commands to end in _firmware as the names were a bit too generic.
Supplied backwards compatibility script to ease migration until
everybody switches. The back compat script prints a warning and pauses
for 5 seconds before continuing with execution. Anticipate removing
back-compat script in 1.2. 

  -- fixed a bug in the mkbiosrepo.sh script that was causing system
names to not be generated for known systems on first run of the script.

  -- Updated BIOS RPMs to call new "update_firmware" script insead of
"apply_updates"

  -- updated dosemu in extract_hdr_helper.dat to work on x86_64 systems.

  -- fixed a bug in extract_hdr that was causing some BIOS not to be
extracted (>30 new system BIOS present in the repo now.)

  -- fixed a bug where we were extracting wrong version information into
package.ini, causing the RPM build to select an older BIOS to build.
