Broken RPM Package Repositories?

Hello - 

The page at libsmbios-devel at lists.us.dell.com recommends downloading rpms from yum repositories located at http://linux.dell.com/yum/software/. Unfortunately, however, the folders under this location do not contain libsmbios RPMS.

Also, the link to http://linux.dell.com/libsmbios/download/LATEST_STABLE/yum_staging appears to be broken.

Is there another location for accessing libsmbios RPMs?
