0.12.0 release to drop MSVC6 support

All,
    In line with the Dell OpenManage move away from MSVC6, I am proposing dropping support for MSVC6 in the next release of libsmbios, which will be 0.12.0. I propose to support MSVC8+ going forward with the next release. Anybody have any objections?
