SMBIOS23.XML file Update

Interesting. So just running the dumpSmbios_IPS script does this? What
is the complete output it produces? Does it happen with one smbios.xml
file and not another?  I might have a bug in there dealing with smbios
structures present in memory that are not in the xml file.
