unable to update firmware on fedora 11

firmware-tools hasn't been updated in Fedora's repositories in quite a
while.

I've taken steps to remedy this.  Fedora 11 updates-testing will
receive new firmware-tools and firmware-addon-dell in the next day or
so.  These are the same as what is in the Dell Community Repository
as published at http://linux.dell.com/repo/community/.  Likewise,
these will appear in rawhide shortly after Fedora 11 is released (in
~11 days).

Please test the new firmware-tools and firmware-addon-dell packages in
updates-testing when they hit.

# yum --enablerepo=updates-testing upgrade firmware-tools firmware-addon-dell
